- Parts are machined in-house using the latest manufacturing techniques on a high accuracy Vertical Machining Center and finished in-house on a heavy duty, high precision Surface Grinding Machine.
- Components are sourced from world leaders in the industry such as Sill Optics, Germany for objective lenses and Nippon Thompson Japan for Linear Bearings and Guides.
- In-house finishing operations include lapping, phosphating, powder coating and satin hard chrome plating.
- Final assembly is carried out in a dust free, clean room environment to stringent standards of workmanship and finish for a product of high accuracy and performance.
- Inspection and calibration are carried out with masters traceable to international standards.
